You have been doing great on the keto diet, the scale is moving, you are feeling great.... but then, the scale stops and you have lost less than 2 lbs in the last 3 weeks. So you begin to panic.
There are several reason that can be causing this stall. Some are related to hormones and body set points. These are more specific to each person.
There are other reasons that can be doing it as well.
1. Something is throwing you out of ketosis.
2. Not getting enough sleep
3. Creeping Carbs
4. You haven't adjusted your macros for your current weight loss.
